Clarity and Intention Form

Welcome, and thank you for booking your breathwork session.

Before we meet, take 10-15 minutes to settle in and complete the form below. Your answers help me understand where you’re at and what you’re hoping to move through, so I can shape the session around you.

Please complete it at least 24 hours before your session. Find a quiet moment, take a few slow breaths, and answer from the heart.

Everything you share here is kept private and treated with care. This form helps me understand where you're at, and helps you arrive with clarity.

There's no right or wrong way to answer. Share as much or as little as feels right for you. You're always in control.

Breathwork with Murf

You've just done something powerful.
Here's what to do next.

This page will help you get the most from your breathwork session.

Holding Space

Breathwork can open the door to powerful physical, emotional, and mental shifts. Sometimes those shifts are immediate and obvious. Other times they unfold gently over the hours and days that follow.

The most important thing right now is integration – giving your body and mind the space to process what came up during the session.

Your integration guide - next 24-48 hours

Give yourself space

Avoid rushing back into a hectic schedule. Allow some quiet time to reflect, journal, or simply sit with how you feel.

Spend time in nature

Walking, sitting by the ocean, or being around trees can be incredibly grounding. Nature helps regulate the nervous system and supports emotional processing.

Hydrate well

Breathwork can shift a lot in the body. Drink plenty of water over the next day or two to support your system.

Eat nourishing food

Focus on simple, whole foods that help you feel steady and grounded.

Move your body gently

A light walk, stretching, or gentle movement can help your body integrate the experience. Save the hard training for tomorrow.

Notice what comes up

Insights, emotions, memories, or clarity often surface after a session. If something stands out - write it down. Stay curious, not analytical.

It’s completely normal to feel emotional, tired, deeply calm, or energised after breathwork. There’s no right or wrong response – all of it is part of the process.

Why going deeper changes everything

One session can be powerful. But breathwork often becomes even more impactful when sessions build on each other.

As your nervous system becomes more familiar with the process, your body can relax into the work more quickly – allowing deeper release, insight, and clarity.

Many people find that a small series of sessions creates a much more profound shift than a single session alone.
