Reset your week
Weekends happen. Instead of starting Monday from scratch, use what actually happened Friday to Sunday to set a realistic target for the rest of your week.
So often we play catch up. We hit our targets Monday through Friday, then blow out on the weekend, and Monday feels like starting from behind. This flips that around. By planning for the weekend instead of pretending it won't happen, you can enjoy the things you want to eat, still with your goals in mind, without the guilt, because you already know Monday to Thursday has a plan. That takes away the all or nothing thinking. You don't feel deprived, which makes it a lot easier to actually stick to the numbers Monday to Thursday.

Calorie needs and safe levels of restriction vary significantly from person to person. Step 1: Your week so far
Start with your usual daily target, then log what you actually had Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
That number's come out lower than we'd normally want to sit at for a few days straight. Worth talking it through together rather than pushing through it alone, let's find a version of this that's actually sustainable.
Save it to your phone, or just screenshot it, so you've got your numbers handy through the week.
Want to hit one day hard to make the others feel easier?
This doesn't have to be Monday. Pick whichever day works best for you, ideally one with less physical activity and less stress on your plate, and load more of the restriction there. That makes the other days feel easier by comparison.
Heavy restriction on a single day isn't the right approach for everyone. If you have any health conditions or you're at all unsure, please check with a healthcare professional before trying this.

This is about working with what actually happened, not punishing yourself for it. The goal is a number you can realistically hit, not the lowest number possible.
